A Fly to Tie
The Morgan Midge

Hook: Daiici 1130 or 1120
Tail Shuck: Midge Diamond Braid
Abdomen: Ultra thread
Wing: CDC and Hackle

Step 1: Use Ultra Thread #70 or 10/0 thread. Take thread back to
rear of Hook

Step 2: Tie in Orange Midge Diamond Braid Tail should be the
length of hook

Step 3: Bring thread forward 2/3rds of hook shank. Tie in CDC
wing the length of the hook gap.

Step 4: Tie in Dun Hackle in front of CDC wing and Tie off.

This fly is a great winter and spring fl y for the hills
can be fi shed Dry or nymph with in deep pools
