Dakota Angler and Outfitter Update
|
The air is feeling a bit cooler these days (we had highs near 120 in western South Dakota this
summer). With fall on the way we expect fishing to pick up in area streams and lakes. (For more
information on current fishing conditions check out the fishing report on our website: http://www.flyfi
shsd.com/fishingreport.htm.) Reports are indicating that fishing in Black Hills lakes is picking up, while
fishing on Rapid Creek and Spearfish Creek continues to be good.
Fall will bring a new offering of fly fishing and fly-tying classes- please visit our events page ( http://
www.flyfishsd.com/events.htm ) for more information.
We will offer classes in tying and fishing for all skill levels. Feel free to contact us for more information.
In addition to fl y fishing and tying classes, fall is one of the best times to enjoy a guided fishing trip
in the Black Hills. September dates are filling up but fishing will continue to be productive through
October and early November- please call us or email us for availability.
